Or have you been suffering from health impairments or a disability for some time and want to adapt your apartment to your needs? Then the employees of our Housing Consultation Office are gladly there for you.

 

Improvements to the facilities of your apartment can make your everyday life much easier! Visit the Housing Counseling Office in Fürstenfeldbruck or make an appointment for a house visit.

 

On request, you can also have a consultation at the town hall in Krailing. Please contact the Housing Counseling Office at 08 14 1/15 06 30 to make an appointment.

What is the purpose of housing counseling?

 

Housing counseling covers many diverse subjects, including:

 

  • Lifts, stairlifts
  • Bathroom conversion, floor-level shower
  • Ramps, other aids
  • Safe living with dementia
  • Prevention of falls
  • Benefits of the nursing care insurance fund
  • Classification into care levels (formerly care classes)

Answers to your questions

Housing counseling is free of charge for you. This also applies to house visits.

 

Unfortunately, not. We merely advise you with regard to elderly or disabled facilities of your apartment.

We are very familiar with all funding options with regard to housing that is suitable for senior citizens and disabled people - we know what you can apply for and will help you with the application. We will find a solution together!

Other types of assistance will be addressed as well. We know the local network of outpatient care services, transport services, etc.
