Asylum Social Counseling

Our Asylum Social Counseling in Puchheim is outreach social counseling and support. Outreach means that we are there for asylum seekers directly in the community accommodation in Puchheim, as well as for asylum seekers who live elsewhere in Puchheim and come to the Community Accommodation Office for advice.

The work of our counselors is based on Christian charity, respect, and appreciation for each individual person. We advise and support asylum seekers, help them in finding their bearings in our culture and society.

Our Asylum Social Counseling is an aid to self-help. We encourage people in their abilities and competences, provide guidance, inform and support.

We counsel asylum seekers on the course of the asylum procedure, their life situation, how to deal with authorities, and any worries and problems of everyday life.
