PEPpt

We refer to our educational and consulting program PEPpt. PEP stands for Personal-Entwicklungs-Programm (Personnel Development Program). The last two letters form part of the acronym PEPpt which is composed of the principles of the program as below:

• practical
• based on experience
• plausible
• tailor-made
• theme-centered

All offers are based on many years of experience. We take up topics that come directly from the practical workplace.

The program is continually being reviewed and further developed. We ensure that it always fits exactly to the needs of the employee concerned and that it fulfills the high-quality requirements that we apply to our work.

Many of our instructors are also our employees. We know what they can do and they know what they are talking about!
